I hired Projo to replace my fence, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been less than satisfactory. Communication (3/5): One of the major drawbacks of my experience was the lack of effective communication. There were frequent lapses in communication between the owners, sales team, and the execution crew. It made it challenging to get clear updates on the project's progress and address concerns promptly. Customer Care Quality (2/5): The customer care quality varied significantly between the owners/sales team and the execution crew. While some owners were attentive and responsive, execution crew were indifferent to my concerns and project plans, creating a noticeable gap in service quality. In hindsight, I realize I probably should have sought feedback from previous customers within my community or HOA before choosing Projo. This might have given me a better understanding of their track record and potentially helped me make a more informed decision. In summary, while the fence replacement was eventually completed, the numerous issues with communication and inconsistent customer care have left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. I hope Projo takes this feedback seriously and considers improvements for future projects.

Fixed my fence so it was finally straight and not bent over. Great job, came out quickly, would recommended them to anyone.

There was a little bit of a rough start due to an employee leaving but once that was cleared up everything went smooth and quick! The guys doing the install were nice and professional, and there was great communication from everyone during the entire process
