As a State Licensed contractor, we have the capability to operate within the tri-county area as well as across the entirety of the State of Florida. Our primary service areas encompass Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. PROJO Fence’s office is conveniently situated in the heart of Broward County.

To provide you with peace of mind, we extend a 1-year workmanship warranty that covers our labor. Additionally, manufacturer warranties are inclusive for the majority of materials, contingent on the particular type of fence and style you select.

Each local municipality and Home Owner’s Association adheres to distinct and sometimes strict zoning requirements, including those for fencing. If you find yourself uncertain about the permitting prerequisites in your particular city, you may reach out to your HOA & city’s building department office or ask one of our helpful PROJO Fences team members. We are more than happy to navigate this process with you.

We strongly advise obtaining an updated survey before proceeding with fence installation on your property. In some cases it is a requirement to obtain a new property survey if the old one is outdated. Our recommendation is based on the importance of having an accurate survey, allowing our team to ensure that the installation is executed correctly the first time.

Each project is unique in its own right. We provide seasonal discounts that are contingent on factors such as size and materials. However, one assurance we provide is that we will surpass the competition in terms of both quality and customer service!

New customers have the option to schedule a free estimate at their convenience through our website or by contacting us directly. Our team will direct you, the customer, and discuss your needs and requirements offering recommendations accordingly. Once the materials and design aspects are settled, we provide detailed 2D plans of the project along with an estimate. Following customer approval, we initiate the permitting process and arrange a start date for the project. Our projects are supported by a 1-year workmanship warranty and a lifetime limited warranty on materials, contingent on the type of fence installed.

As a state-licensed and insured General Contractor, PROJO Fences holds the Certified General Contractor’s state license (CGC1520177). In adherence to regulations, our licensed General Contractor actively manages and participates in ongoing education that encompasses various subjects within the construction industry, general practices, and safety requirements.

Over the past 12 months, we have successfully completed numerous fence installations. With our combined construction experience of over 20 years from interior to exterior construction projects. Our founders enjoy being able to contribute to the immediate enhancement in property appearance, value, and safety. Interestingly, one of our co-founders, Joe, found himself in need of fencing for his newly acquired beautiful home. Unfortunately, he encountered difficulties in securing contractors, as many were either unavailable or unresponsive to job requests. This prompted us to initiate our fencing division, catering to the growing demand in South Florida by introducing technological solutions to streamline the process.

Our experience extends to collaborating with a diverse clientele, including homeowners, commercial landlords, property managers, contractors, and various other professionals. This exposure has equipped us with expert knowledge regarding the unique requirements and preferences of each customer and professional we serve.

We strongly recommend that individuals collaborate with contractors who hold state licenses and adequate insurance coverage, coupled with substantial experience in the design and permit processes, especially when permits are mandatory. Seasoned professionals are instrumental in selecting the most suitable materials and designs tailored to the customers’ desires and requirements. Additionally, we advise open communication with neighbors regarding the intention to replace the fence. Providing a courteous “heads up” can foster goodwill, and in some cases, neighbors may even be willing to contribute to the fence’s cost as a gesture of appreciation for the advance notice.
